I was disappointed with my recent experience. I spent about $700 at the dealership to address a jerking issue with my vehicle, but the problem is still happening even after the service. It’s frustrating because I mentioned the issue when I brought the car in, and I would have preferred to put that money toward replacing the torque converter if that was the real problem. At this point, I’m unsure how to proceed and would like the issue properly resolved. More

Everything was great, except that asked that they look for moisture in the spark plugs. I watched the video and the mechanic just opened the hood and looked at the engine. I've done that. Mechanic said on for moisture in the spark plugs. I watched the video and the mechanic just opened the hood and looked at the engine. I've done that. Mechanic said on video that since I have an engine cover moisture can't get into my spark plugs. If you look at my service records, you know that's not true. I wanted them to look in the plug tubes.
