Took over a week to fix my car which I can understand because vehicles are tricky. The thing I can’t get behind though was the lack of communication all week. Then when the finally diagnosed my issue and got the part, the guy working on my car in the garage left work early and no one else in the whole garage could work on it. I had to wait till the end of the following day to finally get my vehicle back when it should been ready the day before. More
This was not a good experience. I brought it in a yr ago for the same issue. They stated they could not recreate it even though I told them what was happening. I came in this time and it was so bad my car could have caught on fire. When I picked it up they had spilled gas from the tank so it smelled like gasoline. I had to discuss it before they said they would detail it. When I came back a few days later it still smelled like gasoline. I am still dealing with the smell. They reset all lights and I'm trying to figure them out. This has been horrible. They also sent it through financial assistance who denied it. A car that could have killed me since they did not fix it the prior time and they took no financial responsibility! More
