The service was subpar. It took 2.5 hours for service on my truck. When my truck was completed I was direct to the parking lot to get my truck back. I was told there was not any where else to put it. I went out to my truck and found that it was still in drive. My truck had never been put in park. I got into my truck and started to check the fluid levels. I was only given 1/2 tank of DEF fluid. I also noticed that my computer had not been reset after the oil change. I took it back to the service department and showed the advisor. He went and got another container of DEF fluid and put it into my truck. While driving home my driver rear hub cover fell off. Yes, the tires were rotated and apparently not put back on correctly. I purchased my truck from Ford of Port Richey and expect more. I had some work done to it. A few weeks ago later and found out when Ford of Port Richey put my electric running board on they left an exposed wire under my truck. I am very disappointed in Ford of Port Richey and will not be bring my truck back. More

Ford of Port Richey was efficient and easy to deal with long distance. After arriving at the dealership form Texas we were greeted by the salesman and treated kindly. When I called to question this, the finance manager gave me excuses and claimed they would send a refund to the bank. That refund never came. On top of that, the same guy had the nerve to call me and say I need to answer the phone when he calls—like he’s my wife or someone important. Completely unprofessional and out of line and just provide another excuse. I’ve made multiple attempts to contact this dealership regarding a refund I am owed, and I have received absolutely no response. I’ve called, emailed, and even visited in person, but no one seems willing to take accountability or follow up. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. It feels sketchy and dishonest, and they clearly do not care about customer service once the sale is made. Stay away there are better, more trustworthy places to do business. More
