I had an issue two days after the sale. After 3 hours, your service team could not figure out the problem (locked out in "vallet mode"). Tony, sales manager, told me to call Ford and they would follow up with me after doing some research. Mind you, I dropped $60k two days earlier and was asked to fix the problem myself. Nobody ever called me back. Pathetic Tony! More

We’re looking at the vehicle. I noticed the front tires were worn in the back was brand new. I inquired about this to the salesman who said he would look into it and that it shoul I noticed the front tires were worn in the back was brand new. Sometime later, and after looking at several trucks after I had purchased a truck, I realized it and when we spoke to the manager about it, he said he would not change them. Seems odd to me that for 200 or $250 worth of tires that he would rather have a unsatisfied customer. More
