I started the process with Chris, the salesman, who was nice and responsive. The finance people are not knowledgeable, maybe new. When I asked a question I had to wait for a callback for an answer that nor nice and responsive. The finance people are not knowledgeable, maybe new. I started the process on July 8th; the last time I spoke with Kurt in finance was 3 days ago on the 21st. During my last conversation, I asked for the warranty to be removed and I stated I would reduce my downpayment from $7,000 to $3,500. This was so I could pay for a warranty without financing the cost. He didn't like that and said that he would have to go back and check with the bank. When I asked why, he responded because of the risk. To this day I still do not understand the answer. I was reducing the amount of the loan not increasing it. I think the car has been sold and I'm out the money I paid to Lemon Squad to check the car out. I was really looking forward to driving that car to my family reunion. Oh, well. I hope my remodel goes much better. More
