I purchased my vehicle over the phone after my brother located it at Ford Port Richey. It was a pleasure to deal with Evan Walker who walked me through the entire process by phone. The DocuSign process wa located it at Ford Port Richey. It was a pleasure to deal with Evan Walker who walked me through the entire process by phone. The DocuSign process was challenging for me and he had the patience to assist me step by step. My brother drove the vehicle to me 3 hours away and I was pleasantly surprised that the vehicle was everything I saw online and then some. I love driving it and I'm still learning many of the accessories on the dashboard that are new to me. I've called Evan with questions and he assists me every time. He still gives me a call to make sure I'm happy with my Lincoln. I'm ecstatic with it and so pleased I dealt with Ford Port Richey because they have been great to deal with.
