They accept payment banks for pushing bad financing. They refused to deal the agreed price without financing from Westlake Financial services saying I could refinance with my bank later. I did that and They refused to deal the agreed price without financing from Westlake Financial services saying I could refinance with my bank later. I did that and Westlake is virtually unreachable. Hours on computer phone tree with no answers at all. A chat bot that is even less helpful. Port Richey can claim that is the bank not them but they took money to but me with them. If they are so incompetent at choosing lenders what else could they fail at. Now my loan is paid off for a month and my temporary tag is run out and I still have no way to register the vehicle because they cant seem to get an electronic title to the Florida DMV or change the lean to Navy Federal.
