I had a disappointing experience with Ford of New Port Richey due to a lack of professionalism, communication, and transparency throughout the process. From the beginning, there was a noticeable gap in cl Richey due to a lack of professionalism, communication, and transparency throughout the process. From the beginning, there was a noticeable gap in clear and timely communication, which made it difficult to get straightforward answers regarding my vehicle and the services being provided. I expected a higher level of professionalism but was instead met with inconsistent updates and unclear information. It often felt like I had to chase down answers rather than being proactively informed. Additionally, there was a lack of transparency regarding pricing and timelines, which caused unnecessary confusion and frustration. Good customer service relies on clear communication and honest dealings, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I hope the dealership takes steps to improve these areas moving forward.
