While visiting my daughter I experienced a problem with my 2011 Ford Expedition. The problem was serious enough that I was afraid I would be stuck in Florida for several days since I was seven hundred mile my 2011 Ford Expedition. The problem was serious enough that I was afraid I would be stuck in Florida for several days since I was seven hundred miles from home. I called Ford of New Port Richey and to my surprise they said bring it by and we will have a look at it. The service advisor Matt drove the car and figured out the problem right away. I said it will probably take a few days just to get me in the shop but he said no we can get you in right now. It was 11:30 on a Saturday morning and I couldn’t believe they could get me in then I thought it would probably be Monday before it would be ready but 3 hours later they called and said it was ready. They did an outstanding job really unbelievable. More

Promises on repairs were made by managers and then broken after sale was done...Salesman fired days after sale and then to get repair situations resolved 5 other people... Vehicle already dropped off once fo after sale was done...Salesman fired days after sale and then to get repair situations resolved 5 other people... Vehicle already dropped off once for the repairs and then 1/2 the work was finished and now it needs to be dropped off again... New hands involved want me to pay out of pocket the repairs now... Ended up doing half the work myself and paying for the items More
