Had a fabulous experience at Ford of Port Richey. Mike helped me on the phone to set up an appointment with Enrique. Enrique was probably the best salesman that I have ever dealt with in the car indu Mike helped me on the phone to set up an appointment with Enrique. Enrique was probably the best salesman that I have ever dealt with in the car industry. Very satisfied with the process from the salesman, to the sales manager, to the finance department. Couldn't have been happier. My only ding on the sale was that the detail department did what I would say was a 2 out of 5 stars. Not sure if the truck just arrived that day used but when I got the truck home the rear interior seat area was covered with glass from a broken out rear window at some point and the undercarriage of the truck was caked in about 6" of dirt and mud that took me a couple of hours to pressure wash off. Overall though, great experience! Would buy from Ford of Port Richey again! More

Went to Ford of Port Richey and was not disappointed with the staff! Everyone treated us with kindness and respect, especially Mike Black, who went above and beyond to get us a beautiful new Ford Explorer. I the staff! I didn’t like the switch and bait on the trade-in! There’s no way my car value went down $2250 in two months! Plus, Ford kept delaying the production of my car that I ordered!!!! Wow , I had the best experience of buying a vehicle ever ( and I own a few) at port richer ford , Dameon was awesome and energetic even took a video of the truck for me , Great dealership all around to work ( and I own a few) at port richer ford , Dameon was awesome and energetic even took a video of the truck for me , Great dealership all around to work with, and the helped me load my motorcycle in the bed of the truck so I could take it home the same day because I lived 1.5 hrs away.
