Had my oil changed as I always go to Ford for oil change and was surprised when tit only cost 12.99. My car runs better from your service. When I take it to the dealer it doesn’t run as smoothly. I came to this dealership to have an issue fixed. They said it would be $1200 and had me put a $300 deposit down and bring it back. When I brought it back the said they fixed it but still charged me $1200 said it would be $1200 and had me put a $300 deposit down and bring it back. Every time my truck goes in for an oil change. It comes out missing parts. Usually air valve caps when they fill up the tires. This time my oil pan felt cover is missing 1 screw and the other wasn’t instal out missing parts. Usually air valve caps when they fill up the tires.
