Everything went smoothly; we live 2 1/2 hours away so they sent a video of the truck. The salesman did not give me the information. I believe he should have. Perhaps he was not knowledgeable enough on this truck. So they’re getting a one star review because they refused to put $200 worth of tires on a $60,000 truck. And the salesman was more interested than making a sale than having an informed customer.
