Everything went smoothly; we live 2 1/2 hours away so they sent a video of the truck. We prequalified and did all the paperwork online, drove over the next day, test drove it and decided we wanted it. Mi they sent a video of the truck. The salesman did not give me the information. I believe he should have. Perhaps he was not knowledgeable enough on this truck. He did not check on it. When I went back to discuss with the manager, he bluntly told me he had no intention of changing the front tires. So they’re getting a one star review because they refused to put $200 worth of tires on a $60,000 truck. And the salesman was more interested than making a sale than having an informed customer. More
