I researched the pricing of these cars carefully and found that their pricing was very competitive, which spared us from the used-car price haggling process. Good week :) These guys were awesome - responsive by email and text, super friendly (not what I expect from high end dealerships, who have always been rude to me because of my assumed age), and didn't engage in typical pushy salesmanship behavior. Keith went above and beyond, treating me with respect, giving me fantastic food and drink recommendations, and even offering to personally take my car from me during crazy off-hours so I could spend maximum time with it before flying back to the west coast early the next morning. Of course, a bonus is being able to spend downtime in their newly renovated showroom, replete with gorgeous AMs and old Ferraris, including the owner's personal F430 Scuderia (my all-time favorite outside of the crazy rare F40). More

When transport company picked up the car, they noted several exterior issues and when we received the car we noticed and none of those were disclosed to me at all. Front bumper was re-painted and it looks like a job from bumper doc, paint does not seems to match properly with the hood color. Salesman told me that whole front including bumper has clear bra installed but bumper did not have clear bra. It may had before paint job but not after. They did not remove the clear plastic from tow hook and the painter painted over that. Looks stupid. Right rear wheel has curb rash, not even disclosed to me. There were several other chips, nicks etc. Contacted them several time, no one calls back or reply email. Finally contacted Colin Nugent and sent him email and pictures describing the issues. We got a response that he is working with his body shop and get back to us which he does not. Called and emailed few times but they seems to just ignore. What a bad customer service, very disappointing. This is my 3rd Porsche and never experienced anything like this before. More

Charles Dabney was my sales consultant and he was the most professional one I've ever worked with. I truly mean it. He didn't pretend to know everything, but was still very knowledgeable - even about a brand that isn't one of their brands. He followed up on every question/request and was prompt and accommodating to my schedule. Since I was purchasing a vehicle that was much, much lower cost than one of their typical vehicle sales, this was especially impressive to me. It was just a really nice purchasing experience and I would highly recommend asking for him. All other employees there were also very professional and a pleasure to work with. We were happiest about the transporting. Justin chose a sole owner shipper who after 10 hours was at my door with a smile and a clean safe car. We already requested a no rush search for our next car. Realy! ' Lots of questions followed and Justin was always available and never showed any frustrations. Most reviews are phony or not accurate when positive.
