I wanted to drop a quick review for Charles Dabney. I bought my 2018 911S from Charles as a CPO vehicle and am extremely happy with it. I live in Atlanta and recently had to take it to my local Porsche I bought my 2018 911S from Charles as a CPO vehicle and am extremely happy with it. I live in Atlanta and recently had to take it to my local Porsche dealership so they could advise me on a minor cosmetic issue. When I picked up my car my service advisor told me the tires needed to be replaced. I only had the car for about 4 months and thought the tires were in good shape since it went through CPO inspection. These were the original tires from 2018 and should have been replaced during the CPO process. I reached out to Charles who was more than helpful. He helped me research the issue and worked with his team to make this right. He was able to get me a full refund for the tires and installation. I was super appreciative as you can imagine. This is the level of service I expect when buying a luxury car. And this is why I will be a repeat customer and give referrals to Charles. It is nice to know that he cares about his customers and provides excellent support through the initial sale of the car and beyond. Thanks, Charles! More

Michael Ruben is very helpful and great salesman. Not too happy with the scratch on the roof of my new porsche. Michael said that your dealership has had problems with scratches on delivery of new po Not too happy with the scratch on the roof of my new porsche. Michael said that your dealership has had problems with scratches on delivery of new porsche (those with hardtops), and it happens in transit because they aren’t packaged well during shipment. It seems like they should be inspected prior to selling them if that is the case. I took it to your service department to see if the scratches could be removed. I got it back indicating that they were removed. When i got home and in the light of my garage, i could see that they were still there. I took it back and Michael got with one of the detailers to look it over with a spot light, and the scratches were visible then… The detailer buffed it out as best he could but could not get all of them in fear he would remove the clear coat. Also, before i took delivery of the vehicle, I had your dealership contract out the clear wrap to the front of the car that cost nearly $3,000, and there was a bubble in the plastic on the front bumper the size of 2 quarters. You’d think someone would have noticed. A lot people who buy Porsches are quite meticulous with them. I am one of those. If bring my car in to have it serviced, I expect exceptional care. I don’t think your dealership does that. So, i may unfortunately be taking it elsewhere for servicing. My experience with your service department leaves little reason for me to be confident that my car would be fixed properly and with care and attention to detail…. More
