Was quoted a price for wheels that the dealership determined to be the wrong price only after the vehicle was sold, even though I asked them to verify price via email prior to purchase. Their remedy was to not honor the price and back out of a written contract. Was told a refund check would be sent on 8/29 but it wasn’t actually sent until 9/10 after I made numerous calls and involved the lender. Be very cautious when considering Fort’s. More

I have been a Fort's Toyota customer for 15 years and service has always been more of a small family get-together versus a large dealership where you get lost in the shuffle. Service was great, but upper management needs work. They make it really hard for their salespeople to make sales bump not looking at the big picture of customer loyalty and repeat business.
