Fort's Toyota of Pekin - Service Center

Before this experience I was pleased with Fort's service, but very unhappy with results this time. I was charged excessively for non-Toyota (Napa) parts, nearly 3 times the purchase price for calipers, for e but very unhappy with results this time. I was charged excessively for non-Toyota (Napa) parts, nearly 3 times the purchase price for calipers, for example. Then I had to return the vehicle the next day as there was a brake fluid leak. At first Chad told me there would only be a one year warranty on the brake parts, indicating this was the Toyota policy. Only after I made this point several times was I told the parts came from Napa, and there would be a lifetime warranty, through Fort's. Then when reviewing the invoice, which showed the part numbers and could be looked up on a Napa site did I see the actual cost versus what I was charged by Fort's. I have replaced brakes on several vehicles myself and certainly wish I had this time as well! More
