Last year I paid to have power steering rack replaced. Two days later the seals failed. Paid to have it replaced again. Five days later the seals failed. Right now I am out 1,800.00 and have nothing to sh Two days later the seals failed. Paid to have it replaced again. Five days later the seals failed. Right now I am out 1,800.00 and have nothing to show for it. I asked what was going on. I was told the parts were good but the seals were bad. I was told frank brown was not responsible for this and I would have to pay for a third power steering rack. Needless to say, I did not pay for a third. You ripped me off and only offered to fix the issue when I pay more money. I have had similar issues at other car repair shops, but they fix the issue with little to no cost from me. With the exception of oil changes, I will not service my truck there anymore. I feel like I was cheated and stollen from. I hope my misfortune causes much needed change so others don’t suffer. More

Was completely lied to by my service advisor, Ronnie, about the cost to rebuild my transmission. He told me multiple times that it would be a couple thousand dollars. Then, after I commit and bring my tr about the cost to rebuild my transmission. He told me multiple times that it would be a couple thousand dollars. Then, after I commit and bring my truck in he calls and tells me that just labor will be $2400 and they won’t know parts until they get into it and see what’s wrong. He should have never told me a price if he didn’t know. He should have just said we won’t know until we get into it. Also, how the xxxx can you tell me that labor is going to be $2400 when you don’t even know what is wrong with it or what needs to be fixed yet??? Ridiculous. I bought my most recent car from Frank Brown and it looks to be my last. I do not do business with people that I can’t trust. More

No after hours number or weekend support . They are a separate facility than the car dealership so no way of getting answers after 5 on Friday . 1 Star because I was charge for a break light bulb I didn’t approved to installed. Instead of removing the charged, I was given $5 discount on my receipt when the bulb cost $6.73.
