I took my truck in for repairs, but they didn’t start working on it for 3 days. They were unable tor recreate any of the issues. When I returned home I took it to my local dealership, they found updates working on it for 3 days. They were unable tor recreate any of the issues. When I returned home I took it to my local dealership, they found updates that corrected the issues I was having with the infotainment system. If there were updates why didn’t they find them? That makes me feel like they didn’t take the time they should have to check my vehicle since they had it for 3 days. More

Jon sucks Kienan made a mistake and wouldn’t own up to it either. Both employees were rude and disrespectful once we signed and mistake was caught. Mistake was their fault. Should not ever talk to customers the way both of them did. Hope someone sees this and corrects the problem from sales to management with customer service. More

Having not owned said vehicle for even a week, they have ZERO care nor compassion for the people that purchase from them. Who’s purchases, by the way, keep their sorry xxxxx off the streets, and their slimy greasy mouths fed. Absolute pond xxxx at this dealership. More
I only have experience with the service department, but I will not use them again. Most of my experiences were frustrating at best. The staff is respectful and courteous, but the process to get anything look will not use them again. Most of my experiences were frustrating at best. My opinion has already been expressed in my written complaint sent to the GMC complaint department at GM headquarters in Detroit to which I have not received a reply. complaint sent to the GMC complaint department at GM headquarters in Detroit to which I have not received a reply. More
Did not fill up the vehicle with a tank of gas. Still waiting on the vehicle manual that they said they would provide. We discussed the interior mirror being replaced at no cost yet they called me the n waiting on the vehicle manual that they said they would provide. We discussed the interior mirror being replaced at no cost yet they called me the next day and said it was going to cost me money or I could pay to have the coolant sensor replaced which we also discussed. Really didn’t seem like the vehicle had been through the service department and Checked out and things repaired prior to putting it on the lot for resale. I have never purchased a used vehicle that the service department had not go over and made necessary repairs nor have I not had a tank filled up. I almost ran out of fuel just test driving the vehicle. NO employee had on a mask inside the building which shows NO respect for customers . I haven’t decided about the service department yet. If they are friendly and polite and do what they say then I will have the vehicle serviced there otherwise I’ll use a different GMC dealership. One last thing, I believe the dealership disrespected the GMC product by not having the vehicle ready for showing before they put it on the sales lot. I gave the salesman 5+ hours for him to make sure it was ready to show. More
The service was only bare minimum of expectations. I assume that the recalls and oil change were performed correctly, but there was not much communication. The technician did over inflate my tires.
