But we didn’t get a tag for the car. We were told it would be filled up but it was a half tank. We were told later oh my bad. Some other guy took it for gas and he blamed it on him. Then later he told me that the dealership wouldn’t fill it up because they marked down the truck. Plus my husband was told by the guy that he would bring the tag to my work but he wouldn’t come to my work after he asked for the address. So I had to fight traffic to meet him after work. These are little things but as the salesman told us your word is everything. It doesn’t make me want to do future business there More

Quick, Easy, and Friendly! My husband called ahead and talked with Billy O'Banion about having a few vehicles ready that I was interested in. Being a female on a car lot alone My husband called ahead and talked with Billy O'Banion about having a few vehicles ready that I was interested in. Being a female on a car lot alone can feel intimidating, but the staff at Frankfort Toyota were friendly and helpful from the receptionist to the salesmen. I personally was working with Billy O'Banion as our salesman. Right before I arrived, he had another client walk in. I was a little worried, but Dan and Trent came to help me and assist with any questions I had. Everyone was very professional and friendly. After Billy was finished with his first client, he walked me through the vehicle I was looking at and answered any questions I had. He was very knowledgeable and wasn't pushy. We ended up coming back in the morning and purchasing the vehicle from Billy and Frankfort Toyota. We would happily choose them both, Billy and Frankfort Toyota, again. I can't rank them high enough, 10/10 is still too low for the level of service and help received. I would recommend everyone start their car buying journey at Frankfort Toyota. More

Terrible Service Multiple times I have made an appointment and brought my vehicle in for a simple oil change. Every single time I’ve gone back HOURS later to pick it Multiple times I have made an appointment and brought my vehicle in for a simple oil change. Every single time I’ve gone back HOURS later to pick it up only to be told it’s not ready. When I ask how that’s possible since I dropped it off hours ago they tell me that since I drop off instead of waiting with the vehicle they take people waiting before me. So, basically having an appointment means nothing and having to work instead of sitting and waiting for an hour on my vehicle means I’m less important of a customer. I will never be back! More
