We came back to Greg Woods at Frankfort Toyota because we had the best experience of all with any sales person with Just purchased our 4th TOYOTA van. We came back to Greg Woods at Frankfort Toyota because we had the best experience of all with any sales person with him in 2013. He provided all information we needed to make a decision without any pressure. He assumes the customer decides at their own pace, educates you about the product, points out new improvements over previous models and works hard to finds the vehicle you want if they don’t have it in stock. He establishes as much relationship as you want, Our agenda is his guide rather than his own. He has also been very helpful to Friends we have referred to Frankfort Toyota. Although he made the sale, FT service department sold us on their dealership over the last 10 years, even though we had purchased the van we had them at another area dealership. Plus, their wait area is the best! More

Great customer care and quality. The lounge area is nicely stocked with waters, cookies, donuts and fruits. I had to wait for my ride to be serviced but no customer care and quality.
