No pressure. Great experience. We found the used car that we wanted to test drive on the internet. Scheduled a visit after 6:00 pm to meet our work schedule. The car was great exc We found the used car that we wanted to test drive on the internet. Scheduled a visit after 6:00 pm to meet our work schedule. The car was great except one minor scratch on a trim piece. The dealership agreed to repair the trim piece and we negotiated a price within minutes. The entire staff stayed late that day to close the deal and finalize the purchase. The car was delivered to our home about an hour away within a couple of days with the trim repaired. Very nice people and a great experience. More

Called the previous week ( Brought my wife's car, 2010 Prius into have recall work, regularly scheduled service, and extended warranty work completed. Called the previous week (6 business days in advance) to schedule the work and ensure that parts would be in. Took time off work. Arranged to get my wife to work and back home. Arrived at dealership to have work completed and was later told they DIDN'T have the right parts to complete extended warranty work. This was the second time we've attempted to complete this particular job, by the way. So now, we are going to have to arrange to bring the car in again, to have work the job completed. More
