For me it seemed that everyone I met was willing and able to do what was needed to make you feel welcome and to ensure you made a decision that was right for YOU. I visited Glenn Toyota of Frankfort in hopes of purchasing a new '13 Corolla. I'd purchased my '03 Corolla from them and had been very satisfied with the purchase experience at that time. For me, buying a car ranks right up there with root canal, but he tried his best to make it pleasant. I wound up buying a used Corolla from another dealer - mostly based on the availability of model and color. I'm sold on the brand. I'd be happy to recommend Jared and Glenn Toyota to other buyers. I was looking to replace my 2007 Toyota 4-runner which I really liked, but which had 169,000 miles on it. Glenn Toyota was the dealership that serviced my 4-runner and their service department is terrific. So I went to Glenn to look at the 2013 version of the 4-runner and the Highlander. Jared Tipton was the salesman who helped me and he was knowledgeable about the vehicles and very helpful and pleasant to work with. He made a great effort but ultimately, I ended up buying a different vehicle since the Highlander was a little small for my needs, and the redesign of the 4-runner has limited its cargo area. That being said, Glenn and Jared were great to deal with and I would recommend both to anyone looking to buy a Toyota. More
