My experience with the team at Bradshaw Acura was top-notch. Christine initially answered all my questions on the phone very industriously about the car I was interested in. It gave me the confidence to make the trip out to their location to test drive the car. Joey saw me through the sales process. I found him to be a very genuine, honest, and kind person. He was so helpful, and I felt no pressure whatsoever. Yianni and John did their part in a very professional yet down-to-earth way. I learned that the pre-owned cars they offer come from local trade-ins, not auto auctions, which was a big plus in my book! I got the sense that Bradshaw Acura really cares about upholding their good reputation, and will do whatever it takes to make the customer happy.
