Bradshaw automotive sold me a lemon. Purchased a Cadillac Escalade on feb 26, 2022 and now it needs new struts and shocks all the way around. I haven’t put 500 miles on this truck and Purchased a Cadillac Escalade on feb 26, 2022 and now it needs new struts and shocks all the way around. I haven’t put 500 miles on this truck and took it to a Cadillac dealer in Georgia and the quote was $4200. Reached out to Frenchie Lyles and he said as is and I should have purchased the extended warranty. You would think a customer that traveled 200 miles to purchase a vehicle would receive the graciousness of making things right. Used cars are as is but customer satisfaction is number one. More
