No one took the time to show us any of the features or explain the different account trials or options. Presented an outrageous intrest rat and when I said no it magically dropped. Were not offered or told about GMs promotions. When I asked about them they said GM would not finance us - we have good credit and steady jobs never had a problem before. I can honestly say this was the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership at least while buying a vehicle. I deeply regret not walking out. The only one who at least tried to be helpful was the financial guy at the end. More

Quality of the work was excellent, but the length of time for them to complete was 3 weeks instead of the estimated 1 week. I would recommend them because they had parts delays due to the supply chain ordea for them to complete was 3 weeks instead of the estimated 1 week. My main complaint was they left one of my battery cables loose when they reconnected it after the body work was done and it left me stranded and calling roadside assistance twice! When I told my representative about this I got an “oh well, sometimes that happens” response. I would use them again for quality, but their post covid service needs a lot of work. I hope I never have to get body work done again, cause it’s a big pain. More
