From the time I set my appointment. I pulled up exactly 3 o'clock, they pulled me in, took my information, and conducted a visual check around my vehicle. It was a pleasant experience. We were 800 miles from home when our 2019 Terrain had an issue, your worst nightmare. We hobbled our car, on a Saturday, to Bradshaw G.M. and their service department was closed. The sales people were help issue, your worst nightmare. We hobbled our car, on a Saturday, to Bradshaw G.M. and their service department was closed. The sales people were helpful and we rented a car. We were told we would get a call on Monday, I thought sure we will. By 9:00 a.m. on Monday , I got a call from Howard letting me know they had my car diagnosed and that it was a minor issue.
