Service department is a joke. Took truck in for a check engine light. These guys tried to bill me $4000 said I needed to replace my catalytic converter. If a cat is not working the truck will not run or wi engine light. These guys tried to bill me $4000 said I needed to replace my catalytic converter. If a cat is not working the truck will not run or will run poorly. Truck runs fine 2nd opinion was no cat needed. Took it to another place truck is fixed for the $224 and that was front brakes only the rest of the said problems was bogus. Tried to charge me $320 to rotate tires. 640$ for brake job that was only needed on front brakes. I'll never return to Bradshaw made a nice facebook post to show all my friends what a rip off this service department is showing what I was trying to be billed for. If I could give 0 stars that's what I would have put. This service department is making up problems to scalp customers. I cant say the guy Easton was a bad dude but the commission mechanics aren't his fault. I'll take the 106 diagnosis fee I paid on the chin I guess.... last money my family or friends will ever spend at Bradshaw. More
