The recent service I had done was efficient and pleasant. However last week I called because my car had difficulty turning over. This was last Tuesday the 23rd of February and NO ONE EVER CALLED BACK. Very disappointed. More

I had my 2020 Equinox completely serviced was great experience however less than a hour after I left I had a problem with my tire. It was a Friday almost time for service department to close however Ho experience however less than a hour after I left I had a problem with my tire. It was a Friday almost time for service department to close however Howard Bush and Christian didn't hesitate to assist me - their excellence in providing customer satisfaction was superb. They worked together as a team to resolve my issue completely with a smile and a great attitude and very professional . I would give them 20 stars if I could for going over and beyond . They set the bar for what true excellent customer service should really look and feel like. Extremely satisfied !!!! More
