Have been dealing with Bradshaw sales and service for over 30 years and normally am pleased with both. Have bought 5 new vehicles and used Bradshaw service exclusively. This last trip to the service depa over 30 years and normally am pleased with both. Have bought 5 new vehicles and used Bradshaw service exclusively. This last trip to the service department resulted in me paying $99 for a technician to put a loose spark plug wire back on a coil. This should have been obvious to a trained technician and should have been done at no charge for a loyal customer. Not happy ! More

We found a used truck that they had just added to the web. Called asked if they could hold it until 6 after husband looked at it around 3 and liked. The salesman was like I just don’t know if I can do th web. Called asked if they could hold it until 6 after husband looked at it around 3 and liked. The salesman was like I just don’t know if I can do that. I texted him and he said it was in the shop and He said we would be able to look at it when we got there. Well it was up on the lift barely could see but we did end up purchasing because we did like it. Salesman was scared to ask the shop worker to lower the truck. We bought the truck Ernest was very friendly. We were told it would be ready the next day. They did not communicate with us until late Thursday the next day that it would not be ready until Monday because of New Years. It only needed tires and to be washed. I understand things happened but it was almost like they avoided us because they knew the tires wouldn’t be here. I felt they salesman was scared to talk to the shop guys. Also, he told us he listened to the radio and everything worked great go to pick the truck up the front speaker sounded horrible and has a short in it. They were In a hurry to make the sale and who cares after thatb More
