Enjoyed my first trip to Bradshaw for service. Overall my experience was good. Very friendly staff and they kept me informed on the status of my repairs. Purchased a 2013 Silverado 1500 LT. Test drive was great everything was cleaned when I got there and Salesman was excellent. The only issue I have is the day after I purchased the “Service traction control” everything was cleaned when I got there and Salesman was excellent. I was shocked to find that South Carolina does not offer incentives to lease a vehicle. I've leased 2 vehicles in Michigan that cost the same as one I leased in SC. The down payment was higher in SC and the incentives to lease a vehicle. I've leased 2 vehicles in Michigan that cost the same as one I leased in SC. The down payment was higher in SC and the monthly payment was over $50.00 more than my payment in MI. If it weren't for COV19, I would've gone to Michigan to return my previous leased vehicle & lease another one from Michigan. I was not given an owners manual with my leased vehicle in SC. More
