changed oil didn't rotate tires I have brought my 2016 Malibu 2.0 Premier in for service on several occasions, thinking today would be no different. I was wrong. I have the service plan which include oil change and tire rotation. I had to point this out to Zack Moron (service consultant) and had to show him the coupon from the service book. After an hour and 20 min my car was "ready". the other service guy who had helped me before pointed out a knot on the left front. Going down the road I remember, wait that was there before, why didn't they rotate? So back to the shop, spoke w/service mgr. he said it was an error on their part and they would correct, after another 1/2 hour Zack came and got me and showed me damage to both front tires and said that's why they didn't rotate. I insisted they rotate cause if I'm gonna have a blowout as they suggest I can control it much better if it happens on the rear. and he said no new tires always go on the rear, so then he tries to sell me new tires (his job, I guess) he gave me a price which I thought was high. I'm 58 been buying tires for 40 yrs, so I'm no dummy. Went to Discount tire where I buy tires for my '74 coupe de ville, '01 Silverado Z71 LT and the Boo, here So I was able to get 4 new tires 65,000 mile warranty for less than he quoted for 2 tires with discount. I'm a fairly smart man and next time I guess I'll have to find a different company to do business with. No one likes to be done wrong and Bradshaw won't get a second chance to screw me over! See ya! The truck. is beautiful but definitely has issues. Your not going to convince me that the transmission noises is normal, no way, I can't believe GM. would sell trucks that the transmission s do this. Over all not happy with service dept in general. Nothing against Cynthia Bailey, she is very nice and quite professional. More
Very very unprofessional, horribly disappointed Spoke to sales rep and confirmed they had a specific vehicle exactly as we wanted to buy. Around 10:30,am today sat. Said we had a two hour drive and we're headed over and to please hold the keys. Called two more times before we arrived to confirm we were running later but would definitely be there. Walked in approx 330pm and was told the one only other customer in the dealership area was now test driving the only car we drove over 2 hr one way and took most of Saturday to see. Only to find sales guy didn't hold key and let the only other customer take our car which otherwise wS sitting for two months. Not only gave it to another client the only other client knowing we were driving all day in total to see the vehicle. Highly unprofessional. Crass. Poorly mannered. Uncouth More
Service Dept. overcharging I brought my car in for service. Explained to Wayne in the service department that I could only spend a certain amount of money on my car for repairs. My bill is more than double what I said I wanted to spend on my car. I have had to let them keep my car for 2 extra weeks until I get paid again to get my car. I explained to Wayne it was more than I could afford. My husband is sick and our income has drastically changed. I made all of this information clear but no one seemed to care. He called Thursday and wanted to know when I was picking my car up. I have had to take my husband back to the hospital. I told him if he doesn’t get admitted I will be in on Saturday, which is tomorrow. His response- I can bring the car to you. Seriously? You charge more than double what I clearly stated I could afford and have no consideration for customers. Lesson learned. Last visit at Bradshaw automotive in Greer. More
