Worked with Clay Suggs yesterday. He was prompt, courteous, and seemed well informed. While I was there simply for an oil change, we discussed the Cabin-Air Filter which was on the scheduled mainte courteous, and seemed well informed. Would like to acknowledge Terry Kitchens for his efforts to share the steps being taken to rep requesting MULTIPLE reviews for the same visit. Would like to acknowledge Terry Kitchens for his efforts to share the steps being taken to repair my 2016 GMC Sierra. I’ve had several issues with the lifters and or push rod failures and Terry’s explanation of what was being done helps me feel assured a good fix was completed. I love my truck and the Bradshaw service support has been great in keeping my confidence high. As a side note, I was 15 years in auto manufacturing and I know the challenges with the complexity of these products. More
