I have a 2017 Cadillac XT5. I have never had a problem so when I had service lights come on and I was unable to drive the car I wasn't sure what to do. I called a different dealership in Greenville SC and t when I had service lights come on and I was unable to drive the car I wasn't sure what to do. I called a different dealership in Greenville SC and they were not helpful. I called Bradshaw and they connected me with Shawn. Shawn was extremely helpful and advised me that I could call Cadillac roadside assistance for my tow. Shawn checked on me throughout the morning to ensure I was getting my tow service. He met me upon arrival at the dealership and had already arranged a loaner vehicle for me. He called me everyday with updates. When the car was ready he met me outside with the car and paperwork, answered my questions and was very friendly and professional. I live in another state and did not purchase my car from Bradshaw. I truly wish I had bought my car at Bradshaw. Truly impressive service even though they know I probably won't be back. More

It was late afternoon when I arrived at Bradshaw. I was tired from a long day out of town, and looking forward to resting my eyes in the comfy customer-waiting-area furniture. The job today was an oil cha tired from a long day out of town, and looking forward to resting my eyes in the comfy customer-waiting-area furniture. The job today was an oil change, a forty-nine point inspection of my 2015 Chevy Spark, and a tire rotation.
