I had been researching the Toyota Highlander for over a month and he really did not pressure me at any time during the sale. He answered all questions and worked on my behalf to get me the best deal. In my opinion, he went above and beyond to ensure that I was fully satisfied. During the sale, he made personal connections and I did not feel as if I was just another person or another commission check for him. Mr. Powell is very trustworthy, genuine, approachable, and he strives to deliver an excellent experience for the customers. I will be sending more business his way because of his professionalism, ability to listen to what what was most important to me, and his accessibility via phone or text before, during, and after the sale.
