I was looking at new cars online and I put in an inquiry about one at Fred Anderson Toyota because I had heard so many good things about this specific I was looking at new cars online and I put in an inquiry about one at Fred Anderson Toyota because I had heard so many good things about this specific dealership. Not 5 minutes after sending the inquiry, Alan Murphy called me welcoming me into the dealership to look deeper into what car I wanted to purchase. I went into Fred Anderson the next day and sat down with him. Since I am 19 and this was my first independent car buying experience, it took me a while to figure everything out and really decide on a car. Alan Murphy was sooo patient, informative, and helpful the entire time. He engaged in conversations with me about things other than cars, making the experience more enjoyable. I ended up getting the perfect car for me, thanks to Alan Murphy and Terrence (another worker who was helping along the way.) A lot of carsalesmen care more about the money they’re making off of the customer, rather than the customer themself. I am thrilled to say that Alan Murphy is the TOTAL opposite. Fred Anderson Toyota has always had a good reputation in my mind and Alan Murphy just made it better! More
