Best experience Ever!! FEB 5, 2018 I was really in desperate need for a vehicle because like many people my vehicle decided to break down at the most inconvenient time. And by recommend I was really in desperate need for a vehicle because like many people my vehicle decided to break down at the most inconvenient time. And by recommendation from a friend I went with John Lafabregue from Fred Anderson Toyota. Both the dealership and the sales representative came highly recommend. I made contact with John and even told him my situation. At this point I was expecting to see someone try to take advantage of my situation. Well that never happened he listened to me as to what I needed and at the same time made me feel at home and normal (something like you’d expect wen visiting family). Well my needs kept me I a tight situation with a small window to purchase a vehicle because soon works was going to be breathing down my neck and I work about 90 miles away. Needless to say John came through with everything just like he said he would and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I will be bringing my entire family here for future purchases and telling everyone I know about this dealership. Thanks John and the rest of the Fred Anderson Team you guys awesome!!! More

Considering purchase of a new Camry Hybrid LE The sales Rep Preston Elmer was very professional & he answered all the questions my wife and I had about the new Camry LE Hybrid we are considering. He took us on a test drive and explained everything about the Hybrid we needed to know. We really were impressed with how professional he was. He explained in detail the Fred Anderson Family Plan family and hands down it is the best program we have seen anywhere. We have not purchased the car yet but we feel sure that we will purchase from the Fred Anderson dealership in the near future. Our only disappointment is that Toyota does not make the car in a light Carolina Blue color. I checked several other vehicle brands & unfortunately not one offers a light blue color that we prefer. I really don't understand why especially since we live in Tar Heel Carolina Blue Country. If we purchase our next preference is Silver & it could not be found so we will have to special order which will take several weeks to build. Fred Anderson Dealership & there people are top notch professionals. This was the only Dealership we visited that took the time to give us a test drive & fully explain all our questions. Needless to say we were truly impressed with this dealership. Very good experience and would definitely recommend to others who are considering purchasing a new or used vehicle. More

Steve Daniel and Ken Cobb rolled out the red carpet and took the time to to listen and understand my wants and needs for a new toyota. I had been looking for a newer toyota for a year or so and careflly condisered my options. i traded a 2009 Sequoia with 148k miles for a new 2018 Sequoia TRD Sport. The 09 Sequoia SR5 4wd served me well for many years and to date is the best vehicle i've ever owned. Steve, Ken and everyone i met at the dealership made the process easy and fun. I appreciate the level of professionalism and persoanl attention to making my esperience a good visit. thank you Steve and Ken ... and i can't forget David Foster who thuroughly explained all the financial details, warranties and dealer service and maintenance options .. New Camry 2018 I wasn't really planning on getting a new car, I only went looking but I couldn't get over the price. I didn't have to be sold on the car and Junior, who was my salesman was not pushy and did everything to make my buying experience a pleasurable one. I absolutely love my car. Junior helped me set up everything that my old 2005 dinosaur did not have. Larry Pickett was exceptional with my financing needs. Decided to try another Toyota dealer and so glad I did. More

Excellent customer service. I went to Fred Anderson Toyota because I was interested in getting a new 4 runner. I had a 2007 4 runner and have loved it so it was an easy choice f I went to Fred Anderson Toyota because I was interested in getting a new 4 runner. I had a 2007 4 runner and have loved it so it was an easy choice for me. I knew exactly what I wanted, I thought, but Andre showed me all the different 4 Runner types and options available and made a point to tell me he wanted me to see ALL of my options. That was great because he could’ve just showed me the one I had decided on and not bothered. I especially appreciated that as I really hadn’t looked (in person) at all of my options. It also was good because I did decided on a different color!!! Andre made sure to explain the difference in the package options (which I ended up disputing him on rudely on several occasions and of course his explanations were correct while my disputes were incorrect). Andre handled my strong persoanitly calmly and professionally. He even drove all the way out to wake forest to personally handle some paperwork which he offered to do and completed with a smile!!!! Post sale Andre has reached out and let me know he’s available if I have any questions about my new vehicle. Having never had a vehicle with so many options I have reached out to Andre several times and he’s been more than happy to assist me. I would definitely purchase from Fred Anderson again and I would go straight to Andre! Andre took me over to service and introduced me to Brian. That was nice to put a face to my future service needs. Brian was great. Lastly Andre introduced me to Larry Pickett who took over to do the financing process. Larry was very thorough. He painstakingly explained everything to me and was very personable and funny. He broke everything down to be sure I understood how the warranties worked, why things were done a certain way and by whom. It was an overwhelming about of information but I’m the end it’s all things that I’m happy were explained to me! Larry definitely knows his stuff and nothing I asked could trip him up! More
