Best Car Buying Experience Ever, Thanks to Andre Robinson I was very impressed by Andre Robinson's pleasant, respectful, professional approach to assisting me in purchasing my 2018 Toyota Camry LE! My son an I was very impressed by Andre Robinson's pleasant, respectful, professional approach to assisting me in purchasing my 2018 Toyota Camry LE! My son and I did our online research on your user- friendly website first. We narrowed our selection to one particular Camry LE. We contacted Andre Robinson and came to your dealership to test drive the Camry. We met Andre and gave him the VIN# of the Camry we were most interested in buying. Andre checked and found the car was still available. My son and I test drove the car and liked everything about the car! It actually had more features than we were expecting! We finished our test drive and tool a look at the price sticker for the car. We asked Andre what the actual price of the car was. Andre calmly asked if we had looked at the sales sticker and when we did, we were elated! We could actually purchase this car!!! Andre was focused on us and what our needs were. I am highly impressed with Andre's attention to detail both during the sale and after we took possession of the vehicle. I really appreciated Andre showing me how to connect my iphone to the car using clear, direct instructions. Andre also made sure we had the phone cable and charge package before we left. Internet Shopping Extraordinaire!! I bought a new Avalon from John LaFabregue in 2008 and was so surprised how easy and pleasant he made the "dreaded car buying" experience. Ten years I bought a new Avalon from John LaFabregue in 2008 and was so surprised how easy and pleasant he made the "dreaded car buying" experience. Ten years later I was ready for another new Avalon and so relieved that my favorite auto salesman was ready and willing to assist. I had not talked to John in 5 years and moved to Asheville 4 years ago. However the inventory in Raleigh dwarfed the other Anderson and non-Anderson dealerships. So I was happy to know John was there to help because of his honesty, caring, concern for the customer, and pride in his work. Thanks John! More

Early Bird Gets the Sale On New Years Day (evening) I was on the internet shopping for a vehicle. I responded to several informing them that I was interested in their Highland On New Years Day (evening) I was on the internet shopping for a vehicle. I responded to several informing them that I was interested in their Highlander and left email contact information. The next morning at 8:10 John Lafabreque responded with detailed information regarding my email. I immediately called John told him about the car that I was going to trade, the amount of down payment that I could pay and the amount I could afford per month. We went over several accessories that I wanted on a Highlander and a specific color. John replied via email and phone several times having found the vehicle that I could live with. I live about 95 miles from Fred Anderson Toyota so we set a meeting for 1:00 pm. When I arrived John met me out front and I didn’t have to search for anyone. He had the car out front and ready for me to drive. We exchanged keys and went on a test drive. When I arrived back at the dealership we discussed another accessory that I needed on the Highlander. After getting that approved we had a deal and moved on to the finance department. I meet with Larry Picket a very detailed and knowledgeable man that not only knew the financial implications but more about the vehicle and safety features. Once we completed the business in Mr. Picket’s office we returned back to John. At that point we did a tour of the facility with a special emphasis on the service department and best practices of setting up service in order to insure all services needed in a timely manner. We then went back to the Highlander where John demonstrated all features of the vehicle and answered all of my qestions. I left the dealership at 4:00 pm heading home in my new Highlander. Things could not have gone smoother or quicker!! More

He was always eager to help - whether that meant explaining things to me or listening to my concerns and questions. He did not pressure me into making and hasty or unwanted decisions. He did a wonderful job following up on me between visits and after my purchase, His sense of humor is great, but he is all business when he needs to be! I am a recent college grad and he treated me as a responsible adult (unlike some car salesmen that treat me like a child) and was also great when talking with my mom. I recommend him for any and all clients! More
