I just bought a 2018 Toyota Tundra 1794 and received outstanding assistance during the process from John Lafabreque. John went out of his way to ensure I found the right vehicle at the right price. I highly recommend working with John. I also highly recommend taking a look at any of the Fred Anderson dealerships when you are ready to buy your next car or truck. There are some things that need improvement. The salesman (Bryan Henderson) was polite, very helpful and knowledgeable. I feel he did what he could do. Larry Picket of the finance Department is another story. He was polite, very enthusiastic and knew his trade. I believe the problem is management of Fred Anderson Toyota. We were in Larry's office for over 3 hours listing and trying to understand all that was said, We got to his office around 8:30 PM. Finally around 11:30 I said I will sign the Gap insurance and the loan Papers. Then I will come back tomorrow and review &* sign the other options I was considering. I was told everything had to be signed now. The offers being made were only good that evening. I said this is a deal breaker. His program is too long. It is late and we've got over 1 hours trip to get home. We've been here since 4PM, No Dinner and I can't think straight. Finally I said, Lets get this over with. If you are telling me I can cancel all the additional items anytime, lets sign the papers. Just understand I may cancel one or more of the additional items. We got home after 1 am in the morning. The Business office is way too long, It is very confusing and it appears that I was being strong armed to purchase additional items without understanding them completely. I do not understand why I could not have purchased these items the following day. This is not right.. More
