Great Experience We just purchased our new 2018 Rav4. Our sales representative was Jody Fleming who made us feel like we were sitting at a dinning room table with a f We just purchased our new 2018 Rav4. Our sales representative was Jody Fleming who made us feel like we were sitting at a dinning room table with a friend discussing what we would like in a new car. Jody took his time and listened to us as a couple making sure we both were involved in the decision making process. He took his time explaining and showing the differences between each of the models . Once we made a decision on the model we would like, he showed us a model with the color and options we wanted on the lot. During the negations we never had the feeling of being pressured. Jody would say "he wanted us to feel comfortable with our decision." This is why we recommend Fred Anderson Toyota and Jody for making buying a car a great experience. He listen to my wish list and quickly found the Tacoma truck which fulfiled my list. Devin was easy to talk to and professional while helping me select the right truck. After selecting the truck I wanted and agreeing to a price, Devin turned me over to Jessica Drown who handled the finances and other protection plans. Jessica also has a very affable personality and clearly explained a blizzard of paperwork, including the additional protection plans which I eventually purchased. Devin and Jessica made terrific team and made my experience at Fred Anderson Toyota enjoyable. More

We had to order it end of Oct. said they would start on it Nov 21st be ready by Dec. 9th. To my surprise I was shopping for Thanksgiving food on Nov. 22nd and phone rang it was Tim my car was in what a surprise and on my Mothers 91st birthday how special.
