Preston was very easy to work with, honest about what he could and also what he could not do. In addition the Finance Manager Jess was equally awesome to work with. When purchasing a used vehicle for a first time driver, you want the salesperson to be atten Overall experience with Fred Anderson was disappointing. When purchasing a used vehicle for a first time driver, you want the salesperson to be attentive to specific details to give the customer a good feeling about their purchase. Joey O did the exact opposite. There was an issue with the heat in the car we had decided to purchase. When bringing this to Joey's attention after having warmed up the car for almost 10 minutes and ice cold air blowing out, his first response was "well, today is the coldest day so far", not we will need to make sure that gets fixed. Of course, he agreed to fix the issue after the test drive and cold air still blowing. The next day when Joey called to say the car was ready, I simply asked what the issue was with the heat wanting to make sure if we had any future problems, I could address them. His response "I don't know, they said they fixed it." After stating why I wanted to know (which he should have understood anyway), he said he'd find out. Jumping ahead, the main issue was not fixed and should have been easily found when the service folks looked at the car. The coolant level was below minimum and it was clearly visible that there was a leak. After 3 separate trips to the service dept, the leak was finally fixed. My main issue with Joey was the fact that he showed no concern or even an understanding that a parent of a new driver would want to ensure their child's first car was in good working condition. And I fully believe that if we had decided not to buy this vehicle that the issue would not have been addressed and the unfortunate person buying it would have to go through what we did. More
