We had decided between the Highlander and a similar vehicle from a competitor. The competitor's vehicle was very nice, but both the salesman and his manager were pushy, tried to up-sell us on a trim level that we did not ask for or need, and was generally agnostic to whether you bought a vehicle or not. Phrases like "You want it in white? forget it!" and "We don't have to negotiate because the next buyer will pay sticker price" and "We don't need to offer competitive financing because customers get their own" were said - and reinforced by the manager. Let me be clear, this was the experience from the competitor, NOT from Toyota. The experience at Fred Anderson was the complete opposite. Yes, these people are in the business of selling vehicles too, but they go about it in a way you would expect and highlight the qualities of the car and ask how they can work with you to take it home. Under different circumstances we may have ultimately selected the competitor's vehicle, but the experience was ruined and we left with negative thoughts about the vehicle and company. Factor in three previous Toyota's and a sales experience done "the right way", it was an easy choice to pick the Toyota. So far we're happy with our purchase and will likely be back when it's time for to replace it, hopefully far far into the future! More

Great car buying experience Troy was a pleased to work with! I was under time constraints and he was very respectful of my time. He made the process very easy. He and Tony (the sales manager) found the best option for my budget and worked with me to get the price in my budget. When I got the the finance department Stephen was excellent- he even had an iPad with videos for my girls to watch while I signed all the paperwork. We were even able to find an even better finance option than originally agreed upon! These guys were a pleasure to work with and I'll go back for sure! More
