Outstanding customer service from John Lafabregue John Lafabregue went above and beyond taking care of me and my wife and getting the car we wanted. A big thanks also to Junior Hayes for a job well done when he stepped in to assist John when he was out of the office, We needed to come back during daylight hours and look at different color choices. Loved that were willing to work with us. We had an unfortunate event at Fred Anderson Of Charleston SC, They Sold us a wrecked car and I do not see that they could have known about it. I personally still believe they still got the best of the Deal. But what can you do when you do not hold the cards. You need a way to be able to contact upper management for such complaints, I tried without any luck.With that said the Raleigh store did a great job doing what they do.
