Top notch Dealership, Awesome salesmanship! We visited Fred Anderson first when looking for a new car. After visiting the Nissan and Toyota dealership, we could immediately tell a difference. Fred Anderson Toyota was a more organic experience. You could clearly tell Stephanie KNEW the cars were quality and there was no 'end of the month' push like we got at every other dealership. There was no pressure at all! The facility, showroom, and customer waiting area were all flawless and had great amenities (Something I never thought I would be talking about at a dealership). Being a savvy consumer, I wanted to check out the competition and compare the two. I went to a dealership in Apex, about 15 minutes away and instantly felt the difference. Pushy, hectic, chaotic is the only way I can describe it. The competitor didn't take the time for the little things, like showing us the customer waiting area or offering a drink. After leaving the competitor, we instantly called Stephanie to tell her we were on our way back. They closed at 7, but both Stephanie, and Steve, were there till after 8pm to complete the sale. Steve was awesome, quick, and took the time to explain things to us! By the time we were done with all of the paperwork, Stephanie had the car pulled up front and ready to go. She not only helped us unload the old car but also offered to sync our phones to the car's Bluetooth. Overall awesome experience and they have easily earned our business and recommendation!
