OUTSTANDING!!! Tim Williams was outstanding! The last time I brought a vehicle was 16 years ago, so I ranked as a newbie. Tim has very personable and patient. I firs Tim Williams was outstanding! The last time I brought a vehicle was 16 years ago, so I ranked as a newbie. Tim has very personable and patient. I first met Tim last fall and we got the ball rolling. Then work got crazy and I needed to focus on work. He understood the situation. When time opened up for me, he was ready and we finished the purchase. He was very informative on showing me the features/operation. Ryan Cezar was the maintenance contact on my Tundra for many years. When I decided to buy a new truck, I asked him about a salesperson. He directed me to Tim. I'll keep Ryan on maintenance on the new Tacoma! Scott Kline was very professional. It would have been nice to have seen the paperwork, not filled out before doing the paperwork. The manuals were huge! I should have looked online. After reading the manuals, my suggestions are to break in booklets so the purchaser would get the ones for their vehicle. It is very tight fit for the manuals in the glove box. More
