I am revising what was originally a great review down to a poor one based on our current experiences. After an initial good experience with the originally purchasing process, we have been unable to get anyo a poor one based on our current experiences. After an initial good experience with the originally purchasing process, we have been unable to get anyone from the dealership to respond about a missing part that was promised to us as part of the purchase. The sales associate we worked with has left, and after calling many times and leaving countless messages, we can’t get anyone to return our calls and follow up about this part. It has been very disappointing. More
