Purchased used vehicle on November 4th, 2023. Went to pick up vehicle on November 11th, 2023 - as communicated when purchased November 4th, 2023. Day of pickup, salesman I purchased from wasn’t Went to pick up vehicle on November 11th, 2023 - as communicated when purchased November 4th, 2023. Day of pickup, salesman I purchased from wasn’t present and vehicle was not ready to be picked up. Waited over an hour to get vehicle. Also, paperwork for new registration and license plate wasn’t sent to state on time. Resulted in temporary tag expiring prior to receipt of new license plate. I called Fred Anderson multiple times to resolve issue - resulting in multiple failed call backs from Fred Anderson. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership. More
