No Follow up, Poor Customer Service I started off dealing with a Mike. I was referred to him after my brother bought a new 4 Runner from him. After test driving a vehicle with him the f I started off dealing with a Mike. I was referred to him after my brother bought a new 4 Runner from him. After test driving a vehicle with him the following day, I was notified that he no longer works for the company. I Was assigned a new salesman, Al. I spoke to him once and he was to call me back that same day to let me know if the car was still available on that Friday. I didn't get a returned call and I left a voicemail Saturday and Sunday. I received a call Monday not knowing I called and left two voicemail's. This happened on other occasions as well where Al promised I'd have a call back same day and I did not until the following business day. Was promised a dent in door to be fixed, weather stripping to be repaired with the purchase of the vehicle. Dent was to be done by Fred Anderson and the stripping was to be arranged by Al to be taken to the Ford Dealership. After purchasing, Al asked me to call Ford because I would get an appointment quicker. I have called Al to get the Door dent fixed and still have no response. Now I am on my own dealing with Ford to get these problems resolved. I should have seen all these red flags from the start with poor customer service, no responses, and lack of knowledge. I have a bad taste about this dealership as a whole and I don't feel as if I was treated fair and still hope to be contacted to have this resolved. 2013 Ford Explorer Sport More

Bad experience.. I went in Fred Anderson Toyota to get some information about Toyota Rav4 and got in touch with Carlos [referred by my friend who recently purchased us I went in Fred Anderson Toyota to get some information about Toyota Rav4 and got in touch with Carlos [referred by my friend who recently purchased used car]. Carlos managed to give good deal and offered good trade-in price for my old car, So I finalized and booked the vehicle pending loan approval with bank. But on the day of vehicle delivery, due to miss-communication between Carlos and sales team I did not get the vehicle [to which the sales representative said ok to come and pickup the vehicle earlier in day]. I was ok with late delivery on next day , JR Hayes gave me a loaner car to drive by till Rav4 is delivered. He even offered to drop by my vehicle next day and collect loaner car. But I had really bad experience with Business manager ‘Rashanda’ who signed the sales contract and other documents. On the sales contract she mentioned the “MFG REBATE” of remaining balance apart from loan amount. I was happy to see that for a mistake made from service end they tried to provide some form of added bonus. But my happiness did not last long, within 4 days of my purchase Rashanda called me to say it is a typo-mistake and we cannot provide you that [“MFG REBATE” ] discount. How can you sign the sales contract and take 4 days to realize you made typo-mistake? Totally disappointed and felt cheated…. More

He had to search for the XLE model and color I wanted, and personally handled installation of the dealer options we chose. He also coordinated holding the car while we went on vacation. For a variety of reasons, we ended up buying from Fred Anderson while passing through Raleigh, despite the fact that we live 180 miles away in Charlotte! They were that good (much better than our local dealers)....and insured that everything was perfect and ready for us the day we picked it up. I'll make that 360 mile round trip again to purchase my next Toyota from this dealer and this salesman. Thanks! More
