I recently had the transmission replaced on my 2020 Toyota Camry, and the entire process was handled quickly and efficiently. The turnaround time honestly exceeded my expectations, 3 days. Dylan is one of the main reasons I keep coming back. He has a way of making you feel completely comfortable and confident in the work being done. He communicates clearly every step of the way, keeping you updated and making sure you understand what’s going on with your vehicle. This level of transparency is what built my trust. I’ve been working with Dylan for almost three years now, scheduling everything from routine maintenance to major repairs like axles and now a transmission replacement. Every time, the service has been consistent, professional, and reliable. If you’re going to Fred Anderson Toyota, I highly recommend asking for Dylan, you’ll be in great hands! More

I had a great experience buying the car. They were super helpful and extremely friendly. Service department is awful. The technician was nice enough, but they had someone else’s name, phone number and address on my account. Scary to think about. And the first free service was a joke. I was led to believe it would be an oil change. Instead they rotated my tires (which is free anywhere you go), and “inspected” my floor mats and windshield wipers. My car is not even a year old. Kind of pointless and unnecessary. Waste of time taken off from work and waste of gas money. More
