Bought the new 2025 Camry XLE from this dealership. Found two scratches on the driver side and ask them to remove it. They told me scratches are too deep to remove. Allen was very professional and straightforward with pricing. The person in the finance department on the other hand was not. He attempted to sign us up for service and maintenance contracts that we spe pricing. The person in the finance department on the other hand was not. When I called for a cancellation email for said service contracts, the finance person told me it would take one or two business days to send an email link. This was not correct because when pressed it was sent within the next minute. More

Tim was great. He found the car with the features I wanted and never tried to get me to purchase another car with additional features. Dealing with Tim gave me the confidence to purchase from a dealership rather than through an online vendor. However, the Business Manager process at Fred Anderson Toyota, needs a major process efficiency review as I had to wait 3 hours just to meet with a Business manager. When I spoke with Jimmy Merendino, about the excessive wait just for a Business Manager, all I got was excuses. There were plenty of Fred Anderson employees who offered to help me while I was waiting for a Business Manager, but they could not help. Some cross training is needed at Fred Anderson to improve the customer experience. More
