The only issue I had was that the finance department took a very long time to complete their end of the process, which can be a turn-off. So the wait time was longer than I expected. I was also looking forward to them doing a proper cleaning or detailing of the inside of the car upon collection, and that wasn't done. Outside of that, everything else was good. I would recommend anyone to Fred Anderson. More
