I bought my last 3 vehicles from John. Even before the pandemic John would do business with me online. Every other dealer I talked to tried to convince me to visit in person, and I got a b Even before the pandemic John would do business with me online. Every other dealer I talked to tried to convince me to visit in person, and I got a bunch of junior sales staff that had no authority to do anything except ask me to come to the dealership. John sent any written quote I wanted. I know that seems simple, but I literally couldn’t get any other dealer to do it. I could walk in with an out the door price I was comfortable with, no pressure. He must be doing great in these times. He’s got experience with online sales, knows all the rest of the dealers, and he will try to bring you the car you want, not try to pressure you to buy what’s sitting on the lot. More
