Well I will NEVER deal with Fred Anderson Toyota on Glenwood Ave. Raleigh NC! After purchasing my vehicle I have had issues with getting my car in as promised for tiny that I have already paid for. I have been getting the run around and was approached rudely by one on the salesman that I dealt with during my purchase. He was upset after I contacted the general manager but even the general manager hasn’t called back to resolve the issue. They accepted me buying a vehicle but rude and unprofessional as xxxx after the fact. Ghetto xxx people working this location. No Ryan, Terrance or Joe. RUN it approached by them, they only are about commission money, definitely not the customer. I overheard another conversation while there and it wasn’t pleasant coming from another customer.

In the interest of transparency im conversing with you on this open forum. What is it that you are willing to do to truly resolve this situation? Are you going to negotiate on the price of the vehicle that I'm interested in? If not then there isn't really anything that you can do for me. Your out the door price was $3k more than what i can buy a brand new 2022 model year vehicle for at or above the trim model of the vehicle you have. Additionally, the new vehicle will come with a full manufacturers warranty and almost no miles. Why would anyone pay more money for less value? A toyota sienna will depreciate 45 to 55% by year 5. Your asking price is a little less than $6k than that vehicle was brand new. Your vehicles had between 60k and 125k miles on it and is a lower trim option than many of the comprable models i sent to your salesperson along with the out the door prices for each model i sent which were less than what you were asking for. You keep sending emails telling me you want to win my business but then refuse to negotiate.
