I am the owner of a 2021 Toyota Avalon and have taken my vehicle in for oil change and service two times since purchasing it. I have found the customer service to be outstanding and the employees very frien vehicle in for oil change and service two times since purchasing it. My girlfriend purchased a brand new vehicle from Fred Anderson just a few years ago. With that, the salesman (Rex) tried to upsell everything under the sunas anyone would expect a car salesman to do. I went up there with her to sort through what she should get and what was a ripoff. One of the warranties they wanted to sell her was for the car's tires. The warranty would replace her tires free of charge (with a small deductible) if needed. I EXPLICITLY confirmed, physically there in their sales office, that there were no conditions on that and I was GUARANTEED right then and there that there weren't. Well, wouldn't you know my girlfriend just went up to get the car inspected from Fred Anderson and NOT ONLY did they tell her they wouldn't pass the car with her current tires (which have pleeeeeenty of tread on them), they told her that her warranty did NOT cover new tires unless she ran over something - THE EXACT THING I CONFIRMED WHEN I WENT UP THERE JUST 3 YEARS AGO. Yes, all this on a brand new car that's 3 years old. Yep. So I'd recommend getting anything like this in writing from whatever car company you purchase from & ABOVE ALL ELSE DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM FRED ANDERSON!!! More

10/10 A+++ for my salesman Duane. I had been tossing around the idea to get a different car for a while. I felt well informed during the whole process. I love my new truck. Duane mentioned to me that he enjoys working at Fred Anderson because they allow him to keep his integrity and character when working deals with customers and it shows.
