I have always been a Ford girl but after finding out my Ford Escape needed a new engine. I was done with Fords. Fred Anderson Toyota was highly recommended. You over-charge for simple items like changing cabin and air filters. Charing $80+ to change two ~$7 filters is disgusting and insulting to knowledgeable customers.
