I had found the vehicle I wanted online. Ryan from this dealership was eager to assist me even though I lived 4hrs away and when a local dealership was not so helpful. Later that same day the manager contacted me, we agreed to the terms and I committed to drive the 4hrs to purchase the car. Upon our arrival we were greeted by Ryan. He explained a transformer had blown and the dealership and entire street were without power. We test drove the car and despite the power outage the dealership did everything they could to make the transaction as smooth as possible. Although it took longer due to the power outage Taylor in finance was superb at making sure we were taken care of. We drove the car home; Taylor overnighted the necessary documents as promised; he contacted us with updates; and we now are loving our new vehicle! We would highly recommend this dealership as they were transparent, thorough and kept to their word for the entire transaction! More
