I came in to pick up my second key, since it had to be ordered. Also to get a mechanical issue addressed. I was in and out in 30 minutes, including a drive with the mechanic to demonstrate the issue to ordered. Also to get a mechanical issue addressed. I had a tire that had a slow leak, I made an appointment to have it repaired. After 2 hours waiting, I inquired what was taking so long, The technician said my car was next in line. I said I had made an a to have it repaired. After 2 hours waiting, I inquired what was taking so long, The technician said my car was next in line. I said I had made an appointment an that's when I expected service. He replied, that's not the way it works. I said that's the it works for me. I asked for my keys and got my car fixed in 45 minutes with out an appointment. This is the second time I've had with your service department. They misdiagnosed my prius, and it was going to cost $600.00, I took the car to a shop and they said the bulb had been installed incorrectly and they reinserted it. Therefore I have no plans of using your facility for any repair work, I now have a 2020 Corolla and will not have it serviced by your company More

I visited the Service department on 10/23 at 730am to get my first 5k service done on my 2020 Tacoma TRD sport. When I arrived I was told the service consisted of a tire rotation so I asked and paid for an my first 5k service done on my 2020 Tacoma TRD sport. When I arrived I was told the service consisted of a tire rotation so I asked and paid for an oil change as well. While my vehicle was in getting an oil change I watched them change the oil but did not see them rotate my tires. During the same time my truck was getting the oil changed I watched them rotate a driver side front tire to the passenger side rear and not perform a proper tire rotation on another vehicle. When my service guy came to tell me it was time to pay for my oil change I spoke with him and said I do not believe they rotated my tires so he went and spoke with them and they said no they had not rotated my tires and that they could get me back in in a little bit to rotate the tires...I said no I do not have time for that now I have to get to work. I pay for my oil change and drive to work. As soon as I get to work I check my lug nuts and what do I find missing on the passenger side front but a lug nut and on the passenger side rear the lug nut came off in my hand...I did not check the remaining lug nuts but instead turned right back around and dropped the truck back off to get new lug nuts (which were provided) and asked to speak to the Service Manager (I was told he was not there) and that all that could be done is I talk to the service guy. He was nice enough but didn't really seem to care about the fact that his service department employee created a possible safety hazard on my brand new truck and myself and possibly others. I also had some warranty work that needed done and was told they needed to order the part (which is 100% OK) but then was told that I needed to call the service department in a couple of days and check on whether or not my part had arrived. I'm not sure if this is standard practice for your service department but it should not be. Your service department caused a potential safety hazard in not doing their job in the first place and then not checking their work after they were done and you would think that you would want to make the customer a little bit more happy by saying we will call you once your part arrives. None of that happened. I specifically bought a truck from Fred Anderson Toyota so I could get all of my maintenance work done close to where I live but if you cannot rotate tires and make sure my lug nuts are tightened what would make me think you could do anything else? So now I will drive my vehicle nearly 70 miles one way to Fred Anderson Toyota of Raleigh where they actually care about their customers and the customers vehicles. More
