Only thing was when I got keys back- my drivers seat had been adjusted so far away from checkout area- very clean and as always professional people. Asked to have intermittent phase of windshield wipers fixed. Was told they were fine. Then they showed me how to use them!! I’ve been driving for 50 yrs! Professional, and always smiling; and take time to go over what they are doing. The staff does take the time to make sure you get coupons and/or discounts. Car is washed. Went in for regular service, usually takes an hour, but this last time, service was very poor, took 2 and a half hours for a simple tire rotation, I get it, they need a bay to work in, but it was all the s this last time, service was very poor, took 2 and a half hours for a simple tire rotation, I get it, they need a bay to work in, but it was all the service guy, he said I needed tires really bad, that I was less than 50% left on 60k mile tires, I told him that I was good, considering I only had 30k on them, then tried to sell me tire balance and alignment, "to get the best life out of my tires" I told him no, and then since I didn't get these, that I "would viid my warranty on the whole car" Overall, that one service writer made me never want to go back, so much even considering getting another brand vehicle More

Had an 8:30 am express service appointment on 10/17/20. service rep said I should get an alignment check, I agreed, At 11:15 am I got my truck back, no alignment was done, I kept looking, no car 10/17/20. service rep said I should get an alignment check, I agreed, At 11:15 am I got my truck back, no alignment was done, I kept looking, no cars or trucks were having alignment, I was angry it took so long and did not mention the alignment, wasted enough time, and was not charged for alignment , at the oil change, I looked in on them, before they closed the hood, I noticed a nest on top of the engine,, they didnt notice it, they had to reopen the hood because I said something, then removed it More
